Your question is not clear. Do you mean P.E. [price/earnings ratio] and capital reserves of 40 times earnings?
Profit of 6 times equity? What do you mean?????
I suppose it is not impossible to have dividend covered by 40 times in a fast growing ,huge cash flow start up. If so it would be a good stock to buy.
I have seen genuine foreign banks in developing countries paying 30% dividends, yes, 30%.
