Bloody, a Gloomy the Naughty Adult Bear?

A guy at work has like 4 of these pink things that has the above tags on them...someone else at work thinks it might be a Japanese cartoon charactor...if so, does anyone know what show or what this bear is to it?

It is a modified cartoon character by a Japanese illustrator. Is this the character??

Gloomy Bear it's a weird show although it eats it owner lol.
