I am trying in vain to keep a diary about myself and I could kick myself for not noting down the dates of my periods! I had one every month since my implant came out in october 2006 and these are the dates I can remember being on.
December 25 2006
January 26th 2007
and the rest are a blank i cant remember exactly when i came on but my last period was on May 4th 2007 and my period always lasts 5 days. I have not had 1 since as i am pregnant and trying to work out if i concieved before or after my May period! If anybody can help and mayb work out how regular or irregular i am and when i was on then I will be grateful for all help!! Thanks so much in advance!

My implant came out in october and yes i already have tested positive. I am 11 weeks.

if your last period was on 4th may then you conceived after this date. your edd will be worked out from the first day of your last period but your scan will tell you the exact date your baby is due.
period regularity does not affect your edd. the drs only need to know the date your last period started. conception normally occcurs on or around the 14th day in your cycle. in your case this could be sometime around the 18th may.

Im sorry, but when was the implant taken out? This is usually the problem if you are on contraception and discontinued. You will have a hard time dating the age of the pregnancy and thus the age of the baby. This usually happens because there was no time for normal menses to resume.
Have you already tested positive in urine preg test? If so, you are pregnant. You should consult an ob-gynecologist. usually you will be worked up (labs taken) including a baseline ultrasound which will determine more accurately the age of the baby.
Yep, usually we only need the first day of your last normal menses. but since that your recent menses are not that regular, it could still be used but a trans vaginal or abdominal scan is used to age the baby.
If your 1st day of LNMP is may 4th.. then your about 11 1/7 weeks preggy today. thats about 3 months.

i think there's a test that the doctors can do..
go and see your doctor and ask her to help you find out when your baby was conceived. don't be afraid or shy of doctors. they want to help and i'm sure that she'll be able to!
