"Carpe Diem" About six years ago my older brother and I were in a car accident. He was in a coma for about 3 months and came out with traumatic brain injury. Since then, I have lived my life to the fullest every day. Carpe Diem means sieze the day and I have taken that meaning to heart.

ok,so its a little lame and shallow-but i live by this creed-"nothing tastes as good as thin feels." actually,not so shallow-i was teased unmercifully as a chubby child,this motto has reminded me that,by never going back,i am avoiding a world of pain and ridicule.its a shame people,especially kids,are judged so harshly tyhat such a shallow motto has turned out to be a godsend!!!!

hmm there are so many words of wisdom that can apply to everyday life....esp phrases that can make life a little easier..... like for instence 'do unto others as you would have them do unto you'. I chose that quote because i work for a bank and people really respond to how you treat them.....you treat ppl nicely...you get nice back......you treat ppl like crap...youget crap back...KARMAH BABY!!!
