ZERO. When you plead no contest, you are saying that while you don't admit guilt, you aren't going to dispute or contest the charges, and that is considered the same as a guilty plea as far as resolving your case.

None. If you plead "no contest" or "nolo contende" you are not pleading guilty, but pleading to the fact that the prosecutor has enough evidence that would result in a conviction against you so you are indicating you are no longer fighting the charges against you and throwing yourself on the mercy of the Court and given up any further right to fight the charges.

Unless you have an agreement with the prosecutor to withhold adjudication of guilt you will be adjudicated "guilty."
On very rare occasions -- and only when arranged between the lawyers -- someone who wishes to challenge the validity of the law, but not the facts, will plead no contest to allow an appeal on the appication or validity of the criminal statute involved.

MLaw is correct (again).
The chances of being found not guilty are practically zero.
As a plea, it has only two uses. One, if you want to appeal the law as noted above. Two, to avoid your plea of guilty being used against you as an admission in a later civil trial.
Other than that, while it is not the same as entering a guilty plea, it has the same end result.

You mean "No Contest" which is actually the same as a guilty plea with special circumstances. A plea will be entered as guilty but, can be cleared with the completeion of the Judges' orders.

That is "No Contest" and at that point the law and everybody will regard you as guilty. Don't do it, fight them regardless of the money or odds or especially their threats of a more severe punishment. They lie with a straight face and are not to be trusted in anything. And, they bluff a lot.
