I own this mazda b2300 pickup truck and when you look at it from the back it looks as if the cab were twisted it looks a little lower on the driver side than it does on the passenger side. I checked for cracks or any irregularities on the chasis and it looks all right. has anybody else had this problem and how have you fixed it?

Look at the body mounts. They can rust being located on the bottom and the bushings are a cheap plastic from the manufacturer so those can deteriorate. Replacing them is usually not too difficult and you can improve the ride significantly.

The cab maybe loose.
Apply the brake
Lay under vehicle & push up on the cab corners. If OK then measure the distance between the box & cab - should be equal on both sides. Have someone follow you. The vehicle should track straight. You should not see the front wheels when following the vehicle. [dog-tracking]

If not OK, have the vehicle checked at a frame shop.

It could be that the springs have sagged a little. Take some actual measurements and see where the problem lies.
