I love the old classics, To Kill A Mockingbird, Wuthering Heights, The Picture of Dorian Grey, The Making of a Surgeon, All Creatures Great and Small. There are so many great ones, it's hard to choose. :)

Phillippa Gregory writes great history novels mainly set around the time of Henry VIII. She writes really well and they are a great mix of romance, sex, violence and cunning with facts mixed in. I would start with The Other Boleyn Girl.

I highly recommend it....a drug addict who goes to rehab trying to fix himself & get his life back in order & you get to see his whole struggle....you have to read it...
i wouldn't let you read anything crappy & boring..
