Just get a large order next time. French fries are addicting- once you start eating them you cant stop.

well for me (i do this with my mom) I dont want to eat a whole thing of french fries, And sitting there watching someone eat french fries isnt fun why not join along?

Ugh I HATE THAT! My husband does that to me all the time.
If its a girl..more then likely she doesnt want to look like a pig.
If its a guy...he really didnt want them..but then he smelled em and had to have them

that kinda pisses me off.. my co-worker's like that. he won't even get it whenever i make sure to ask if he'd like to order something. when the food comes 50% of it goes to him lol.. crazy.

i know what you mean! i'm actually one of thsoe fry stealers myself. we say to ourselves "we don't want the fries," cause we really don't want them! but then we smell them, and watch that person eating them, and see how crispy and golden they are. then we just gotta have them!!!!!!!!!!!
