I've got a good friend/neighbor that i adore. he is a wonderful person. i look over his man boobs. he came over the other day and helped my husband paint.

The first thing I think of is "have those puppies removed, get the surgery." Plastic surgery is what I would encourage them to do, if it were a friend of mine and they ever brought it up.

i dont know, i have alot of reactios. it also depends on how big he is too. yea, there are some that cant help being extremely overweight, but... i just think they dont know how to get off the couch and at least walk.
