Only if you are also wearing a tampon. If not use an overnight pad, unless you want blood all over your sheets and pajamas.

During the night I usually use a Heavy or Long one and i get up atleast once to change it. It would depend on your flow and the type that you purchase but everyone is different. What works for me might not work you but I suggest an overnight or Long pad though it feels like a canoe it works well for me at night.

You have to use a thicker pad because your sheets and panties well get soiled. They are too thin for a heavy period. Sry to tell you. I have tried it doesn't support well. Oh and if you do have soiled sheets or panties use hydrogen peroxide on them before washing them it will clean out the blood very well.

i have used overnite pads and it leaked, because i don't wake up fast enough, so if you're comfortable using tampons, i would suggest a tampon with out/with a pad.

Use overnight pads. That's what they're for.

probably only if you are using a tampon also. If you're not using a tampon too, use a heavier pad.
