It is, definitely. When I'm stressed out there's nothing like two hours of answering more or less ridiculous questions (with a few exceptions).

Answering questions for others has been answers for myself.

Not therapy as much as it is stress release and something that I find fun and humorous in the monotony of the daily goings on!!

Yes. Is that bad? It's way cheaper than actual therapy and much more effective in my opinion. I luv you all!

ok, u have a precise to be blue, flow outdoors, the sparkling air will do u sturdy. some words of advice???? Repeat to your self, aloud, those 5 words : i choose to sense sturdy. Repeat aloud, and excersize , walk around the block a pair of situations. U are ok, if u want somebody to speak to, enable me understand, ok???

When I ask a serious question it is. Other than that, it does give me a laugh and makes me feel better.
