It's mixed. I've heard blacks, whites and browns support the due process side and I've heard blacks, whites and browns want him locked up for life. I think most people think he is guilty. If you read the indictment, the feds have been on this for a while and they have soooo much info on what went down. The thing is America is a country of animal lovers. So something like this will upset many, no matter what color skin. I heard Jim Rome say this past week "your almost better off harming another human being then an animal" and he's right. People get off on assault charges all the time but animal abuse is frowned upon.

The media isn't making it a black element. All they're asserting is that maximum or all the staunch Vick supporters, who refuse to have confidence he ought to probably have been in touch, are Blacks. And maximum of them are those asserting the only reason the regulation is going after Vick is by using the fact he's Black. Sorry, yet Brittney, Paris, and Lindsey are white women, and that they are in worry with the regulation, too. they only did no longer brazenly homicide canine.

I Think we should wait it is a matter of justice. I also believe that it is a "hip-hop" thing as far as white people just can't be viewed as celebrating the way Vick comes of character wise. Hey I like the culture and have grown up in it, but I have to say that the way that some of these athletes conduct themselves is outragous, and whether you have money or not you should be more mindful of your conduct. After all would most of these guys act this way in front of thier mothers?? If anyone says yes then that in itself is a shame.

White people as a group tend to be more trusting of law enforcement. The general attirude is that the govenrment wouldn't indict him if they didn't have a good case against him.
Black people tend to be less trusting of law enforcement (and rightly so if you look at history). They can recite cases where a black man was framed by a law enforcement officer, and hope that the court system will find the truth.

Note: I'm white, and based on the evidence that has been made available to the public, I don't see anyway that he is not guilty.
This was a very good question.

Well I've always hated Vick to be honest. The problem with the Blacks that are waiting is they are mostly the same Wannabe Thugs.

The race card has been played to DEATH man. (BTW. even Al Sharpton and Russell Simmons have issued statements calling for Michael Vick's suspension with the NFL. Do your homework before you post such an unsubstantiated insitable question)

What Michael Vick has done does not require an OJ jury for most of us to determine whether or not he is guilty after reviewing the indictment.

To the poster who said he wasn't involved it was just his house. Well, my friend, this operation took MONEY to run, money his druggie cousin (who Michael Vick threw under the bus BTW) does NOT have--WHO financed this???

Nope I'm still white. Stop with the race crap. There are smart people and stupid people in every race. (I'm not trying to connect that to this situation) Is PETA up Goodell's *** yet? If not what's taking so long? They're usually nice and stupid right off the bat.

He probably won't play during this whole situation anyway. He's never gonna come out looking good though. I'm almost positive he at least knew what was going on.

I don't like Vick, because I think he is overrated. The dog fighting thing will have to play out in court. PS..I'm white, so take that for what it's worth.

I don't hate him. Just think he's a freaking idiot. I've read the indictment and have listened to a few lawyers talk about it, seems like they have a pretty strong case against him. He'll be found guilty but to what extent and the severity of the punishment is really all the remains to be seen. Either way his NFL career is all but finished.

Because black people don't really care if he is guilty or not (see O.J. simpson trial ) and even if he is found guilty, they will still say he was framed because he is black or throw in the race card. They see him as a successfull figure no matter what he does. This is just a case of everyone taking care of their own. Whites do the same thing.
