I recently read on a nasa site, that the sun will be peacefull in March 08, which means that loads of cosmic rays will come in andd create major cloud coverage. Does that mean we'll get loads of snow?

It's complicated even predicting the weather for next week, the further ahead in time you go the harder it becomes.

There's a whole bunch of things that determine whether it snows or not, 'cosmic rays' being just one of them. It may increase the liklihood of snow but other factors may combine to mean there's no snow or abnormally large amounts.

I guess really it's a case of waiting until next March.
