They're both brilliant women! As much as it pains me to say, I admire Hillary's intellect. That being said, she would be an awesome leader if she chose to use that gift for the betterment of her country instead of herself. Her blatant lust for power and narcissism make her a loser. I have read that Hillary's IQ is around 140. Very impressive. However, I did see an article which set Dr. Rice's IQ much higher then that. (Can not find confirmation of that, but given that Condi got her BA at age 19 and her PhD at 26. I'm going with Condi.

Hillary -- went to Wellesly and Yale. University of Denver was the best undergrad school Condi could get into despite the fact that that the top tier schools were actively recruiting top level African American Students. With Affirmative Action in place, Condi had to be really dumb not to be able to get into a better school. And the Ivy's still didn't want her when she went for her Master's.
