State park is a term used in the United States and in Mexico for an area of land preserved on account of its natural beauty, historic interest, recreation, or other reason, and under the administration of the government of a U.S. state or one of the states of Mexico. State parks are protected area of IUCN category II. (international organization dedicated to natural resource conservation)
State parks are thus similar to national parks, but under state rather than federal administration.
We are being propelled by the forces of automation, mass movements and depersonalization and away from nature. The parks help us stay closer to nature than we be would otherwise .

Very important. We need our open spaces, and to keep various places from succumbing to urban sprawl, highways and the like. We need to respect nature or we won't have anything left.

i don't think of he could. at the beginning, if he even proposed the assumption, there could be no way in hell of him being elected. If the assumption went to congress, no you will vote for it, using fact, hence, none of them could reelected. So whether Ron Paul, or any president for that rely, proposed the assumption; it may maximum in all probability be shot down by congress. Ron Paul 2012
