I would've felt safer if he had a Heart Attack and died this morning. Honestly, I think he has been calling the shots since day one so it doesn't surprise me one bit that the President felt comfortable enough to transfer "POWERS"? to the sniveling vice president. By the way, what are "Powers"? Sounds like something I heard on Star Wars. I guess Bush really does believe he's a dictator...........Powers....................haaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Cheney cost tax payers $650,000 to go duck hunting in Texas, next time I hope he takes Bush with him on a bright sunny day.
The deeper question is why did Bush have this test done at Camp David at a cost to tax payers of another $650,000. Is he to good to go to the local Naval Hospital? A full 46 million Americans have no basic health insurance and half of that number are women and children. Bush has no problem with treating women and children worse than any other country on earth as long as he gets his test and best care with his vacation at Camp David.
