Sad, but so true. Particularly in the finance area. I know what the right thing to do is - and I am always giving advise to others, but when it comes to handling my own finances, I seem to stutter and not complete what I should be doing. Most of the time it's simple - there's not enough money to go around.....

I try to be there for people, but I don't know if I make much of a difference in their lives. The advice I give to them, I could easily use myself, but can't.
This is how I see it... I shouldn't treat myself in a manner I wouldn't treat a friend. So I try to be gentler with myself now, like how I am to my friends.

Yes charmz,many people are so thankful for my help but when my problems come I cant even do that to myself,it hurts to think of it,the angst feeling of helplessness,wishing someone would help you
