You go to the supermarket and buy it. Then you take it home and grill it, bake it, or you can broil it. This way you don't get as much fat. Eat healthy. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Steam your vegetables. Cook with pure corn oil or olive oil. Less cholesterol. Less fried foods, more exercise.
