reguarding an auto accident and personal injury. the company was here on bussiness and got into an accident with me. i am from the US and they are from another country. this company performs alot of bussiness all over the US.

Companies don't drive automobiles. People do. Assuming the vehicle was US registered you bring your claim against the owner of the vehicle. All states also have "long arm statutes," that allow suits in state court against anyone who causes damage while driving in the state.

If theres a valid claim, your insurance company should be doing thai not you anyway.
