this example you give is about "nuisance" lawsuits. It seems to me to prevent the type of behavior that puts people into a position of spying on their neighbor and finding grand schemes in the way the neighbor comes and goes as a free person. You Neo-cons want this to be a police state obviously

Washington Times is a Moonie paper. The article is rather crappy reporting. Big surprise.

The legislation could be badly crafted, as it could be a shield for someone trying to harass someone else.

It can also be noted a majority of House Democrats back that "John doe" legislation.

So much for the lib bashing, try again.

So many Americans would abuse that bill if it had passed. They would report people, because they look like Arabs, which is racist profiling. They would turn in somebody who is just reading their Quran while at lunch break at work or they would turn in somebody who said, "Allah" in a conversation with a friend.

I think it is despicable for ANY American to so insult their fellow Americans. This screw Peter King needs to apologize to his FELLOW AMERICANS. How disgusting, from a so-called "representative of the people!"

LIberals like to deny that terrorism even exists. They view terrorists as patriots, and freedom fighters, yet call our own troops terrorists and murderers. When a terrorist act does occur, it was BUsh, an inside job, etc.etc. The only peoples rights that liberals are interested in protecting are those with "alternative lifestyle choices"

They are both anti-Bush.
However what liberals don't understand is that radical Muslims are anti-liberals too and can't wait to put us all to death or converted to their form of Islam.
