I would call that a major crime and wouldn't want anyone from the House Of Commons thinking that you were interested even as a joke. Bush just lied to Blair and the UK like he did to America to get us all in Iraq.

First off, the ministers would be like the democrats in the US senate. This explains a lot. To answer your first question, if they can get LSD into the democrat side of the senate then it shouldn't be too hard to get it into parliment.
On the other hand, the democrat senators probably brought their own LSD when they came into office.

well I don't know if they have a separate water supply from the rest of london, so you might have to spike the entire london water supply! which woulod need an awful lot of LSD to make any noticeable difference.
Most of the MP's are high on weed anyway!!

It's possible, but it would be more efficient to stand at the door with some on your hand and shake hands with each member as he walks in. Just get away before your trip starts and come shake my hand so we can watch the show. The questions most will ask are , who was that wonderful greeter at the door? Will he be back tomorrow?

Of course it is possible it has been done, have you seen some of the policies and ideas that come out of that place and have you seen Portcullis House, drugs clearly had an impact on that piece of architecture.
