You failed to mention what is your laptop or what graphics you have in there. If it is just one of those budget integrated graphics (paired with Celerons), it could be slow for your games.

As been said, your Celeron based notebook most likely uses a Intel 950 graphics subsystem. This is an ok choice for basic computing needs, though will not handle gaming tasks very well if at all.
Each game has a list of supported graphic systems and you should check that.
