On the Sims 2 how do I build one of the preset houses?

In the lots and houses section when you're in the neighborhood, there are little houses I want to build. How do I use them?

lol, I meant place one of the houses the the creators already made :)

When you are in the lots and houses bin, just click on the lot you want to use, and place it where you want in the neighborhood. You may need to rotate it, and it must be along a road. To rotate, just use your arrow keys, like you rotate your screen.

okay, go to the lots and houses section in neighborhood , then click on one you want (the picture) , then move ur mouse and place it in the neighborhood. make sure the part on the house which looks like a road and an arrow are on a road and fit. u may have to click on the house and rotate it to fit. make sure two houses aren't too close together or it will not fit. to add on to a house and build , do what i just told u and click on the house once its been put into the neighborhood and choose "enter lot" to build.

You click on them in the lots and houses screen. I t should be attached to your cursor. You can then place it where you have space in your neighbourhood, along a road. It will show up red if you try to place it somewhere you can't.
Once it's placed you can rename it.
Now you have the option to go into the lot and build on it. Click on it whilst you are in lots and houses mode.
You could instead choose a family/sim from the sim bin and move them in, provided they have enough money!

You can't build a preset house if it was was already made.
