It could be the types of food you are eating. Try eating more protien and less carbs. Make sure the carbs you eat come from whole grains. stay away from coffee. You get and inital burst of energy and then feel worse then you did before. Drink lots of water.

You get tired after meals becasue the blood starts flowing to the stomach to do the digestion process, so less blood flow to the brain. Also to help, eat litte portions and space them out, rather than eat alot at one sitting.
