I believe that men and women can equally fall hard in love...but if a man makes a complete commitment to a women then it seems like they do fall harder. The reason is because they devote everything that they do to the woman and they depend and trust her to take care of them. They become very dependent because women tend to be care givers so that is why it may seem that men can fall harder than women.

Definitely vice versa. Women are always much more ready to commit and want stable relationships while men are willing to move on much quicker.

Men fall harder in love than women but they also fall out of it more quickly too. Women are more stable in relationships and when they do fall in love it is with all they have got.

I use to think otherwise but lately experience tells me..guys fall harder in love than us women..and when things do not work out..they fall even harder.

I think typically women fal harder than men Most women relate the act of sex with love and for men its just sex the act no feelings. As for unrequited love yes experiencing it now and its HELLO!!!

They do, but only in the beginning. Then women seem to love more than the men in the end.

I would say "no". I mean when a girl broke up with me we would hug and promise to stay friends. When I would break up with a girl, it was phone calls at midnight asking where we went wrong and why now and the list goes on and on. I've had a girl break up with me and we hugged and said we'd be friends then she called and asked why I didn't fight for her? Sad thing is "that" was a good question! I should have! We'd be married right now if I had. But, still, why test our love like that?

I'm inclined to say yes based on watching various male friends go through it, but maybe it's just that they show it more readily as opposed to women, who perhaps don't wanna put there feelings 'out there' for fear of it going wrong.
