I have a Netgear Wireless Router MR814 v2. My PC and my husbands laptop works fine from this. I require, I think, a USB Network Adaptor for my daughters PC. Can anyone recommend a good make please? Many thanks

There are many USB adapters for Wireless access. I would recommend something from Linksys as they are economically priced and generally are reliable. The USB 2.0 key adapter is fairly reliable:

If you are looking cheaper, you could go on eBay and try and pick one up... they are all fairly good and if you stick with Linksys, DLink or Netgear you know the drivers will be available.

I presume you want your daughter to use her pc in a wireless mode, not wired mode to connect to your router.

If she has a desk top, I suggest you purchase a wireless pci card and install it rather than a USB. USB devices can be problematic.

If she has a notebook and it does not have a built in wireless adapter I suggest a pcmcia wireless adapter.

You will find these devices made by Linksys, Netgear, Belkin, D Link, and 3 Com. My personal preference is 3Com - they cost more but are more stable.
