I hate commercial cereals and make my own when I feel like it:
1/2 cup Rolled Oats
Sprinkle of Blanched Almonds
2 Tablespoons Vanilla Yoghurt
3 Strawberries, sliced
Good slurp of Low Fat Milk
Yummm. Keeps you full until lunchtime!
