Without aging yes!

If I am going to be a senile vegetable forever once I turn 100 no.

This aging and death must be conquered if we are ever going to populate the universe and evolve into universal beings.

Excellent question. It could be very painful emotionally to lose the people who come to love you but, yes! I would like to live for how ever long forever is and I would choose the age of 30 to stop aging.

If I didn't get too feeble with old age, I'd like to live as long as there was other intelligent life of a decent level of development around. Sure, it'd mean losing a lot of friends but as long as there are people or other intelligent life forms I am sure I'd be able to form new friendships and I don't think I'd get bored as long as there was culture, literature, art.

But while I'm not one of those doom folks who thinks the apocalypse is near, I think some time there will be an end to life, may be a few centuries, may be thousands of years or even millions of years (esp. if we do manage to contact other life on other planets)... but it'll probably end at some point. I would NOT want to live on after that!

depends... at what age would i be while living forever i.e. if i were an old man it would not be so exciting. If i were not in good health it would be a curse and if humanity died off and i were alone it would be hell on earth

I think anyone who says yes does not have a vision of life or how it would be hundreds of years in the future. After a few hundred years of life it could easily be a curse

I would only choose to live forever if my physical body would be completely pain free, unbreakable, immune to all illnesses, sinus problems, allergies, migraines, osteoporosis and if I would once more have the energy I had as a child.

And many other etcetera's!

If physical immortality came without physical renewal and good health I wouldn't choose it.

I am truly going to be amazed if "anyone" says NO here! It's not so much the end of living that would make me want to live forever, but the horror of dying!

Yes. My age forever.

No, because everyone you get close to would eventually die, while you live on... you would have to live forever with the pain of loss.

I would if I didn't get any older. BUT If I get older as the years go on, Then NO, I want to be dead by the time I turn 65.

no, not unless my family and friends could live forever too. it would be awful to just keep meeting new people and loving new people and then having to see them all die and go to heaven while you're just stuck here. you know?
