being in a team is a good thing , to start with you , are makeing friends , within that team , , then if you need help at doing something , then would it not be nice to pick up the phone and ask one of the team to help you , as a team player , i think it is important , to get to know who is in your team and find out their weaknesses , and their strengths , lets take swimming , and you are in a relay , well the 4 in the team have to do training , and and start to get the the times right , , in other words as a team player , you need to have a close bond with each other

If you're asking the team thing then I know you've heard time and time again that "There's no 'i' in team".

That may be true but I know from experience that most team-members are pathetic, apathetic, lazy pieces of dead wood and the "team" usually boils down to one or two doing all the work except when it comes to claiming the accolades of success.

Experience has also taught me that there is an 'i' in "win" and I'm the guy that makes sure the team wins each and every time.

Team player? I'm a team owner. Any owner who, if physically able, won't do the same work as the rest of the team deserves to be shot.

I always think about whats best for the team members rather than myself. I work with them and I'm never bossy. I am the one who pretty much listens to the idea and then I come up with a few solutions that we can all agree on. I treat everyone fairly even if they did nothing I still treat them the same. There's no I in team! =D
