My friend and I always argue about this. I am a die-hard NOFX fan and my friend is a die-hard Rancid fan. They're both really good bands.

I'd say NOFX I really like Stick'n in My Eye a lot I can only handle Rancid in small doses

First off, they are both great bands, but comparing the two is almost like comparing apples and oranges.
NOFX is a great punk band, they also incorporate some ska like elements in their music, and NOFX has a great sense of humor..
Rancid is like a punch in the face, they are smart, strong, straight forward. They are more of an old school punk. While NOFX has respect, Rancid are punk legends, and have been around forever..
For me, it really depends on my mood to be honest.. but I like them both..

NOFX.. they rock so much in stage.. rancid is good but they are kinda strange and weird.. and i dont understand their songs..
