Bodily fluids don't interfere with test results. I would say that either you are not pregnant, or you tested too early. If you haven't started your period in a few days, test again. If it comes up negative, make an appointment to see your doctor.

u should take the test 1 week after ur period is due
and first thing in the morning
leaking out the vagina is normal,try laying on ur back for 15 to 30 min before washing,this would help.
don`t worry u`ll be just fine just relax and enjoy it

you might be testing to early try again a few days use the first morning pee
try first response may get a better result if you still get neg in a few days then get a blood test from the doctors they are 100% acurate

These days there is not a set time that is the best time because they are 99% accurate. Read the instructions on the box, it should tell you the best time or anytime of the day.

i dont think that has anything to do with if, if you expected your period yesterday and tested yesterday your probably not pregnant
