my car is dying fast and i have credit card bills that add up to almost a grand (which i hear is not bad). i need money for a decent car and i make about 700 every 2 weeks.

Congratulations on only having one grand in credit card debt. I am positive that is way below the average. Keep it that way.
One way to save is to always have a written budget (those budgets in our head never get followed) and stick to it. Always include some money for yourself to use for enjoyment and some for savings, as well as budgeting for you bills of course.
I have used a written (well it's on my PC now) budget for many years and find it a very useful.
Another thing you could do is to ensure that any money you have in the bank is designated for certain things. I keep a little spreadsheet that shows me what the money in the bank is for so I don't willy-nilly go spending it all.
For example, I may have $5000 in my savings account, but $600 is for next my car insurance payment, $200 is for my utility bills, $400 is for car maintenance (put some away each month so it's not a problem when you do need to repair or maintain your car).\ Some is alwasys designated "mad money" which I am free to use at my whim.
Anyway, it sounds like you are in pretty good shape. If you need to get a new car, be sure to get one that fits in to your budget and serves your needs, not one that looks cool, can go 180 miles per hour (unless you need that - not a race car drive are you, and probably costs more.

-Try putting it in a bank... Or go gangster and cut the stuffing out of your mattress and stash it in there...
-Don't buy sh*t for b*tches...
-Buy drugs from people who live within walking distance from you to save on gas...
-Quit your job, You'll save even more money on gas and other things like buying lunch everyday and sexual harassment suits....
-Mooch off of your parents whenever possible. If you ask them for money and they ask you how much you have on you already, cut the actual figure in half to increase the probability of getting a larger denomination of cash...
-Only eat at home...
-If you're going to a bar, get drunk before you leave your house so that you don't have to waiste money at the bar ($5 for a domestic beer? Kiss my *ss).....
-Put a "For Sale" sign on your car. "Sell it" to five or six different people (Cash Only) who have no idea where you live or how to find you, (It's happened before)...
and remember to stuff that mattress
