Ive had a 16inch hanns g monitor now for a month and last night i was doing a virus scan and went to sleep,when i woke up my screen did not turn on.I tried differnet outlets,cords and still nothing not even a flash.Im using my old monitor now and it works fine so it cant be the tower.Help,i dont want this screen to go to ****,we spent alot of money on it.

If it is a new monitor then it is under warranty.

When it is unplugged does it show any test message? Most monitors will produce a "Check Cable" message, or something when disconnected.

Hit the menu button and turn on the speakers, if so equipped. Good Luck
