What you call terrorism is really just a tactic that smaller forces throughout history have used when facing Superior forces/numbers. It has been used often by American forces. The biggest act of terrorism ever was committed by America when it dropped THE bomb. Not trying to talk crap about America here, just pointing out that labeling something as terrorism is just dumb. It's propaganda.
