using fact the place maximum blacks improve up there not actual obtainable to swimming pools. maximum blacks in the army come from a detrimental lower back floor and thats why they have not got user-friendly swimming know-how. All this communicate approximately us not being genetically made for that's stupid, i will swim using fact my mom had me enrolled in instructions considering that i replace into 9.

What makes you think that most of us cant? Color has nothing to do with it, I can prolly take a poll and find about the same percentage of other races compared to blacks who cant swim either. Its all based on location. More people live inland than on the coasts or near bodies of water. If you have someone who's lived in Newark, NJ all their life of course most likely they cant swim. But I've lived in Atlantic City, NJ where everyone who went to school near the boardwalk/beach had to take swimming as a class. When I lived there it was predominantly black, so I assure it has nothing to do with color. You cant tell me that most white, hispanic, asian, far eastern, etc can swim becuz if you tell me that I'll have to call you a liar.

You cant make generalizations about anybody. And wherever you got your information doesnt, of course, take into consideration that there are more people in general who CANNOT swim in comparison to those who can.

I assure you that I can swim and I, as a person, not just a black person, am in the minority when it comes to knowing how to swim. And there are even less people who would know how to save somebody else from drowning, and that is, of course again, in general.

I can, but when do we ever have to?? In the summer, do you ever see black people at the pool? I rarely do. Plus, a lot of blacks don't live in houses with swimming pools. So there's really no need to learn how to swim if you never go to a pool, or you're not around vast open pits of extremely deep water.

That's ridiculous. Have you taken a census or something?
How would you be able to draw such a broad conclusion that "most blacks can't swim"?

There are people that can and cannot swim in every race.

I'm afro-carribean and I took my Gold Swimming Award at eleven. Don't stereotype. Not everyone wants to be labelled like you. LOL, I'm good!

It's not a biological THANG. It's a cultural THANG. My black friends say they don't like water. Almost anyone can learn to swim. But not if they don't want to. You have to want to learn, before you can start to learn.
