I use random shampoos with Garnier Fructis conditioner. Sometimes, when I do want to make sure my hair looks less frizzy or with more body or something, I use Suave, or a Paul Mitchell one (which I didn't buy, just got from a friend when she moved). Usually, though, I have no problem with the random shampoos (which my mother and I have collected from hotels; The conditioner was a free after rebate offer from Walgreens). I wash my hair, brush it out (I brush the sides from going under, then flip it all to one side then to another to brush, then flip it over to brush), towel dry it while scrunching it (using the same method as the brushing), brush it out again, then scrunch it with my fingers, then brush it again. When I put it in place (I have shoulder length hair) I brush it from underneath again, then the top layer (using a finer brstile brush to smooth it more) and brush the ends under and am done.
It looks good and since I don't blow dry it and I only wash it two or three times a week, I have little hair damage. (It also helps that I eat a diet rich in whole foods.)

I use Head & Shoulders 2-in-1 and I dry my hair with just a towel and it's wavy throughout the whole day.
Hope this helps.

Have you tried curl enhancing shampoo? That works for me, helps keep the frizzies away. Also, i know this sounds stupid, but dirty hair is actually easier to style because it is heavier. By dirty I don't mean DIRTY, but don't wash your hair everyday, switch to every other day. The natural oils from your scalp will help to naturally weight your hair down a little bit and make it easier to manage without all the fly-aways. This is an old pageant trick for great hear days.

haha loser why do you need a natural wavy look to keep up with people. shampoos that claim they can give you a natural wavy look are for losers who can't be bothered to put in the hard work in the morning.
