Yes, you can change your energy to positive, and it is easier than you think.

First, every night, before you go to sleep, you will do a 'daily review'. Mentally go thru your day and when you come to an event that you were not happy with, erase it, then replay it again the way you WISHED it would have gone. You will need to erase and replay 3x for each negative event in the beginning.

What this does is reprograms the subconscious mind to react in a positive way without even having to think about it.

The second thing you do is start attracting positive energy to you. To do this, you think of, and give thanks for 5 things everyday that you are grateful for. Example: I am grateful for my health, I am grateful I have a job, I am grateful I have family that loves me, that I can feel the sun on my face today, that I have brightened someone else's day with a smile, that I was able to help my neighbor, etc, you get the idea.
