Sleep itself can act as kind of a narcotic to the body; that is to say, the body likes it and can never get enough. Also, some people just require more sleep than others. Maybe you just need to go to bed earlier and you will feel rested when it is time for you to rise. Could be you are a sleepwalker and not ready to wake up because you didn't sleep soundly enough.
Could your mattress be the problem? Maybe you are rolling around in the bed all night because you never can get comfortable. Goldilocks had the right idea. Look for a bed that is "not too hard and not too soft."

First, there could be an underlying physical problem(s). How long has this been going on?? I would recommend that you contact your Doc so that she/he can determine the cause. There are alot of things that could make you feel this way. You should definitely make an appt. to see your Doc SOON. I wish that I could give more of a definitive answer but, I can't. I hope that this helps and Good Luck.

I would go to the doctor, and check my hemoglobin levels and red cells in blood, also the levels of thyroxine, or a complete thyroid function profile,.
You must take this symptoms more seriously...they can stem from so very many medical causes..
Better get checked by a professional..

do you snore. has any one ever told you that you quit breathing
for a short time then gasp for a breath.
or do you lick your legs when you sleep at night.
people with sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome can some times sleep for 10 to 12 hours and still not feel that they get enough sleep.
they sleep but do not get any stage 4 sleep.

Some brisk morning excercise such as treadmill or a morning jog can give you energy for your day. Many things can cause excessive sleepiness from anemia to sleep apnea to depression. Please check it out with your doctor.

drink lots of water and take vitamins. If you're dehydrated, you'll be tired.
Go for a bike ride or a walk.
