Well, you decided to subject yourself to hell on earth - bullshit bootcamp - OK, first thing to keep in mind is that preparing for class and preparing for exams are two different things - and it is only the latter that gets you a grade - so make sure you prioritize as such. Even if it means not being prepared somethimes in class - it will be embarrasing - but who cares... Also, dont let classes like legal writing screw you grade wise - keep repeating the mantra - its only 2 credits - its only 2 credits ..it is a class thrown in to hose you up time wise - dont let it monopolize all your time - because it will ! dont sacrafice 10 credits for a measly 2 credits of legal writing. Dont beleive ANYTHING you professors say about how to do well in law school- they are a bunch of sociopathic misfits thatget their jollys out of watching darwinism play itself out - law school is truly a place where only the strong, smart and a$$holes survive - use the canned briefs - but use the good ones ( west high court case series if you can get it - when you take constitutional law - try to find the TIger Publishing - audio text tour - its a killer audio brief on the older Constitutional Law cases ). To kick a$$ on preparing for class - try to find the treatise/hornbook for your class topic that is written by your casebook author - they will always be a ying-yang kinda thing IE all the hypos posed in your casebook will be answered in the authors treatise exactly - dont waste time cognetly sucking your pipe while pondering the finer points to the law - you have no time for that -- cut to the chase with canned briefs and hornbooks. FOr example - Joshua Dressler has a hornbook, casebook and sum & substance law lecture CD's on Criminal law and Criminal Procedure - they are a very tidy integrated package. For contracts get the concise hornbook for contracts by Hillman / published by west - it is very excellent - I still use it .TO get you going on examsmanship - get the Flemings exam solution CDs for the various class topics - his criminal law and criminal procedure, contracts and torts CDS are excellent ( www.lawprepare.com ). You might also spring for his baby bar review course - for nothing else but his compendum of baby bar first year solved essay exams - IE it is a mountain of torts, contracts criminal law exams all solved and critiqued - they are on ebay frequently ..dont wince at my suggestions - law school is a complete shakedown financially- dont spare the bucks to get you your edge - hope this helps - good luck - OH - about legal writing - it IS important because this is really what being a lawyer is all about - also you need to have writing samples for future employers - so whenever you have take home assignments concerning memoranda, or injunction briefs, motions - do themfor yourself because you are going to need them when you start interviewing - they wont study them too close - but they want to see a couple .. FINALLY - if you think you are slipping behind after your first semester or year - take a reduced load by one class - just tell the law school you have personal business etc. Also- if you are concerned about the course load - get into the schools part time evening program - alot of full timers do this to benefit from the relaxed load - you can still graduate ontime - just will need to go summers ..

i think of this in an incredible theory. I artwork for a community authority nursery and we are continuously finding for human beings to come again in and do workshops, for workers and young infants. we are continuously keen to pay and the authority are continuously finding out. it incredibly is yet another line of organisation for you contacting community government to do in provider preparation days and palms on with the youngsters. you incredibly choose a disclosure to artwork with infants one disclosure for each authority. stable success.
