I just find out that I'm seeing my husband next week. It'd probably be my mens days. I'm away from him for 2 months and we just have a week to spend. What should I do?

If you are on the pill it's easy to do this. Either you stop taking the pill about a week early which will bring on your period early. Or you can just not take the break and star the next pack immediately, this will bypass your period altogether. I've consulted my doctor about this and it's quite safe to do this 3-4 times a year. If you're not on the pill then I don't think it's possible.

There is a simple way if you are on oral contraceptives. If you are on the pill when you finish one packet go right on with a new packet without a break. then have your usual break after the second packet.

Another method is to take a tablet called Duphaston .this is a progestogen.you have a period because you fail to become pregnant and the progestogen level falls-result period.Duphaston will keep the progestogen level raised and stop period. When you stop it you will have period.IT IS NOT a contraceptive. It is only available from your doctor.

If you are on the pill the first way is the best.
hope it helps

The stress of the changes in your life can cause this to happen. It's not at all unusual. But if you think anything other than the timing is different, see your doctor. It will probably run it's usual course of days. Sometimes it stops in fewer days than usual. There is nothing you can do to cause it to stop early.
In case you didn't know, it's safe to have intercourse during your period. Choosing to do this is up to the two of you.

There is no quick and safe way to change the date of your period, especially on short notice. No commercial drug will do this quickly, and herbal remedies that claim to turn off your period can have nasty side effects, and generally don't work quick enough anyway.
Sorry I didn't have the news you wanted to hear...
