P + Q = 5

P + Q = - 3 + 1
P + Q = - 2

P={2,-3},Q={3,1}
If P=2,Q=3 [as a column Vector.]
then P+Q=2+3=5
If P= -3,Q=1 [as a column Vector.]
then P+Q= -3+1= -2
Solution:
P+Q={5,-2}
