JSUS Cris, Xylocaine for lube? What are you getting boffed with- A Mack truck? If you need Xylocaine to be able to "take" somthing up then you are into the wrong thing. Pain is there for a reason. Keep in mind pain is different from discomfort. Use standard practices. Vaginal sex shouldn't hurt after some initial stimulation, if it does then see a doc. The anus wasn't designed to be penetrated but can be (relatively and safely) done with a lot of relaxation, waterbased lube, and going very slow. Start w. a manicured finger- then eventually work in unison toward it. If you try to cover up the pain w/ a numbing agent you could b getting shredded back there and not realize it until you can't crap right for a week, get a massive infection, and have an *** that looks like that of a baboon. Stick w/ a water based lube!

Yes it is ok to use it for sex. In fact many doctors will prescribe it for women with a painful condition called vulvodynia to help ease the pain of sex.

I use Xylocaine to help with some of the pain of my vulvodynia.

Check with your doctor any way to see if they think it's ok for you to use it.
