I like over easy, that's what I usually order. Over medium is not possible, just so you and everyone else knows because its just not possible. It'll keep u from looking dumb while ordering, and then all the cooks come out to look at the ding a ling that ordered over medium.(hubby is a cook, so that's why I know)
sunny side up, they don't flip it over in the last step, they just slide a gooey mess on the plate. Has no skin on the top part of the yolk.
over easy, they do flip it over, just to make it 'sealed" and cooked to the point where u don't have to worry about catching any food illness, to a certian extent. It also gives it that skin on the yolk that's so fun to poke thru with a peice of toast.
and scrambled, is what I end up having to do every time I make eggs.

I Hate eggs but...scrambled with salsa on top. Wrapped in a warm tortilla.

In an omelette with mushrooms and cheese, and preferably egg beaters or egg whites.. It's better that way.

sunny side up with the yolk still wet. i also like it when you slightly burn the egg white so that it looks like brown lace at the edges.
