How do i wipe my hard drive if i can not log in it keeps telling me incorect password. I have a dell latitude d600

There are ways around that. Take it into your local computer store.

Is your Administrator password available? A lot of people never see it.

Try logging in as Administrator with a blank password. If that work, it can reset everyones passwords.

Another method - if you cannot get in - is to make a boot disk that cracks the Windows security. Here's one I've used before http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/
