The main reason of Hunger is inequal distribution of money or wealth. The main reason for this is existence of Black money and also Govts being inefficient in using the Taxes productively. (Now this is not a chapter from film "Sivaji").
The first thing is to find country wise requirement of food to feed all the hungry who are below the age of 15. Ask all earning people to contribute 1% of their income ( to be taken as turnover in case of Business people which includes black money not disclosed) towards a "Hunger removal fund". With this fund, feed all who are below the age of 15 (either by recuriting them in schools, again with the help of hunger fund or otherwise). For all above the age of 15, create jobs.....
It is a complicated task, but atleast somewhere we have to make a begining......so why not take care of the innocent children first.
If rich people(anyone who is well above the poverty line) consciously and sensibly contribute their money or resources towards the needy, I am sure hunger can be eradicated.

There is already more than enough food being produced to feed the whole world. The hunger problem is actually a problem of distribution rather than production. So it shouldn't even exist to begin with- there is just at this point no financial incentive to feed the starving. So we need to create one.

Drink water and eat cabbages leaves that's all, technically there is no medicine to eradicate hunger, whenever there is a cavity in the stomach, there is an urge in our senses to fill the gap of cavity by eating food.

Look at the lifecycle of food grain production in India.
Identify the stages and assess where definite improvements can be made.
Improvements are Short Term = Provide Immediate relief
Long Term = Sustainable solution
Tip of the iceberg is :-
1) 98% of landowners in India possess less than 2 ? Hectares of land. Co-Operative societies could be created , just like the Milk -Coop Societies in Gujarat.
2) Foreign /Local/ Government Investment in Agriculture sector should be encouraged through Local Companies. These specialized Agro companies will join hands with Agri -Co -Ops and incorporate Advanced Farming Techniques for improving Agri Production.
3) The formation of Co _op societies should be planned in such a way that a Minimum area of land, Productivity of Land and Farming Techniques practised will determine Bank Loans or Private Investments.
4) Bank -Loans should be imparted only on the basis of Corporate Backing or Efficient Farm Management Practices.
5) Currently food grains form 30% of India's Agri Output. A minimum of Food Grain/Cash Crop Ratio should be fixed for farms to ensure no grain shortage. A system of proper rewards incorporated to encourage Farmers to follow the ratio.
Farm Subsidies will certainly come down as Corporates start managing the Agri -Sector.
6) Efficient storage and Transportation - FDI could be encouraged in this sector to improve the co -ops chances of getting their products efficiently and speedily to the market. All the middlemen will be encouraged to merge their enterprises under corporate banners.
7) Fertilizers/ Farm Equipments - Import and Industrial duties could be reduced to provide some carrot to corporates for adopting Nation - Benefiting food grain production startegies.
8) Invetsments to produce supporting Agro- Products ( FArm Equi/ Seeds/ Fertilizers ) should be done through local enterprises with provisions to improve FDI as Agri-sector privatisation reforms settle down.
9) Active government investments in Agri Sector Industries should be encouraged and Banks should provide easy loans for Farmland Managing Enterprises. Pensioners and Senior citizen could also be encouraged to form such start-ups to improve the overall productivity of population.
10) A national level steering committe should be formed to oversee and modify all the reforms in Agri sector.
To Be Followed...

art.21 of our constitution speakes about " no person shall be deprieved of his LIFE or PERSONEL LIBERTY except according to procedure established by law." as per apex court judement right to life means and includes every citizen is having fundemantal right of minimum standard of life. food water & sheltar. state shall make necessary arrangement for minimum standard of living for every citizen.
if society fails to provide for food to a needy person, but state shall not deny it as per art.21. since law is a study of cases not a study of books.
we must know that it is not practible to state to look after of every hungry person.we must support the state.option is left to soiety to tackle the hunger.density, georaphical area, population, money and intension etc.,are all the vital points for handle the situation of hunger.public private partnership is required.

the main reason for hunger is population problem.production is less when compared to population and uneven distribution of wealth.some countries are rich and some are very poor suffering with malnutrition and diseases.the main reason for population problem is illiteracy and lack of education.first we educate people and let them know the problems facing due to having more children.government also should distribute food grains through public distribution system as people of below poverty line cannot purchase food grains in open market and provide employment to all people who can work.special programmes for poor and weaker sections can -be introduced. by the givernment for uplifting them.

You cannot remove the hunger of all people. They are the creators of their own hunger.
I have seen people who previously suffered from poverty wasting food indiscriminately when they got food.
Mahatma Gandhi tried to remove hunger. I think he did not succeed. First of all, people must learn to rectify themselves. Then only can you help them.

Very often when you think that you are hungry you may be thirsty. Drink a full glass of water first and if you are still hungry, eat something. You will probably eat less because your tummy will be full of the water also.
