Isn't a hoagie another name for a sub? I'm trying to remember because
I had one many years ago. Never heard of a hero or the other one. Is this
something in the states? I do love subs.

It definitely sparks controversy where I'm from - New Jersey. Especially the North who tend to call it a hoagie, and the South who tends to call it a sub. It's a sub. Plain and simple.

Yero's and Giro's (greek) are the best, but it's also very hard to beat the juicy subs we get in Montreal (actually, all of Quebec)
