A. Centrifuge.

After centrifugation, the plasma is on top, then the platelets and white cells, then the red cells on the bottom. But this is just for separation, not fractionation. For proper fractionation, you would use a flow cytometer and cell separator.

The answer is A CENTRIFUGE becsuse it separation is based predominantly on particle mass and size with larger and heavier particles pelleting at lower centrifugal fields.
