I'm looking for an internet provider that offers service in Utah, USA and Manchester, UK. Help!?

I will be moving to Manchester in a few months. I don't want to change internet providers when I leave the US. Also, I prefer to pay in dollars instead of pounds. Is this possible? I am looking for wireless/broadband service.

I have an Earthlink dial-up account for traveling out of the US. AOL also has local dial-ups in many countries.
