I don't really know. Try checking Project Guttenberg, but to be honest I don't know if their copy (or copies) are all going to be censored as well. I know a lot of the old fairy tales were considerably different when they first came out years ago (like some of the girls in Cinderella going to extreme lengths to be able to fit the glass slipper, lengths that I believe included mutilating their feet) but I've never read any of the originals so I don't know what was taken out of Rapunzel. Still, their worth checking out.
