Sir Paul McCartney (1st time I saw him)

Easy to say why in HIS case. The man is literally a living legend. A *Beatle*! It was almost surreal to actually see him on that stage. Never forget it...

Taste of Chaos 2007. It was the most amazing 5 hours of my life! There were so many people and everyone was just rockin out and having a great time. The bands were amazing too. Usually bands dont sound as good live, but for some reason, every band that played sounded better than ever. It was an amazing experience.

Bands at Show: The Used, 30 Seconds to Mars, Senses Fail, Saosin, Chiodos, Aiden, and Evaline.

Believe it or not...

...Peter Gabriel. He toured for his album "UP", and the whole show was a carefully otchestrated spectacle. I had never seen anything like it. It was part Concert, part circus, part expressionistic Art show. I did not expect to be blown away by it, but it really was extraordinary. The stage kept evolving into different forms as the songs progressed. At one point the stage had the form of a river with a boat set a sail, and within a couple songs the stage was elevated and all the performers including the singer were walking upside down underneath the stage.

It was so complex it really defies description.

I just expected him to stand on stage and belt out all his hits from the 70's and 80's.

The BEST concert ever was Page & Plant's No Quarter Tour in 1995. I saw them at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington. That is the BEST venue to catch a show. It was an incredible show, incredible view, most moving.

Do you remember laughter?

u2 vertigo tour...
I got the tickets the same day through a lucky strike on ticketmaster, I got there and we were on the GA floor side.

We got nearby the stage (not too near we were not there that early, but close enough) We had really nice people around.

Im a big u2 fan, I had never seen them in concert. But to be in a concert with that kind of energy when you are just dancing around and singing to the top off your lungs along with everyone...its just one of a kind...

I went to the next concert the day after, but I was in another numbered section, the rush of adrenalinne just wasnt the same...

Best concert for me so far!

Im going to see Snow patrol on the 26th , Im on the 9th row, so we will see if snow patrol can top u2...

Both of the NIN shows I went to were amazing. The first was at a relatively small club in Atlanta, so it had that close intimate feel, and I could make out Trent's face even from the back of the room (I had to get out of the mosh pit or I would have died). The second was at a big indoor arena and although it wasn't as personal, it was just as amazing. NIN puts on a spectacle.

Although I'm sure it'll change to Smashing Pumpkins once I see them this fall. :)

My first Nine Inch Nails concert was definitely my favorite by far. I went with my brother and we got about eight people away from the stage on the floor. It was amazing to see such a high energy show from that close.

So many....but I saw the Chili Pepper's a few months ago and the lights, stage, video was unbelievable. I even drew a picture of it when I got home. They put on such a great show, and Flea, geez, I want to play bass like that.

I have to add that I saw this guy a couple of weeks ago in a super small venue. His name is R.E. Hest and he was amazing. Evidently he was signed with Columbia and then was dropped from the label or something. Super talented, amazing vocal range and very easy on the eyes. Wow! Check him out, it's worth it.

I recently got to see 38 Special, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Hank Williams Jr. in concert together. They were awesome. Skynyrd and Hank are definitely two of the best ever for their type of music.

Well this was a long time ago(around 1981), but it was Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band in Berlin, Germany when I was stationed there with the U.S. Army. Those guys put on one hell of a show that night.
